Oh, the irony! Just a few weeks after my last cookbook, Open Kitchen, was published in 2020, the world shut down for the pandemic. And now, more than three years later — and a few weeks after my new book’s pub date — I’m shut down by that very same virus, which I’ve managed to avoid until now. Le sigh.
I was in the process of developing a new In the Rotation recipe to share with you today when the symptoms set in earlier this week. Unfortunately, I’m on bed rest for now until it passes, but will share that recipe with you as soon as I’m able.
In the meantime, I have a couple of book tour updates below. I’ve also rounded up a few recipes — any one of which would be wonderful to cook this weekend, should you be celebrating Father’s Day.
Be back soon with that new recipe!
xx

A Couple Book Tour Updates
We have a new date for the Union Square Greenmarket book signing — I’ll be at the market on July 15th. Please mark your calendar and come see me if you’ll be in the area!
Unfortunately I had to postpone yesterday’s Maximalist Studio event in Philly. The good news is that we already have a new date: September 14th.
