Just got a bunch of asparagus in our CSA box - so excited for your Cheesy French Toast recipe! I also like to make Asparagi alla Bismarck - blanched asparagus with butter fried sunny side up egg and grated parmigiano! No wrong way with asparagus except if overcooked...

Perfect and agreed! Overcooked is terrible but I had a cat in college who loved canned asparagus!

I totally agree with you regarding ramps! Overrated. I usually use them once a season and that's it. But asparagus-I could eat our local Washington (state) 'grass every night during it's all to brief season.
