Oh, I was just looking for a pumpkin gnocchi recipe! Do you think I could sub pumpkin puree for the squash, and if so, how much by volume?

After multiple attempts to make this, I think I just have to accept defeat. Never could get that mixture to form into a dough. I’m sure it is very delicious!
