Very late to comment here, but I'm on the way back from Sydney to New York and felt like sharing that so many restaurants down under use Tamarind in their sauces and marinades and it's truly sublime! Thanks for this recipe - will be making this week now that I am back home in my own kitchen again :)

I'm late to the party on this one, having just learned about it from Jenny at Dinner a Love Story/Weeknight Vegetarians. I made this for a Mother's Day dinner and everyone LOVED it. This will definitely be in my regular rotation. So delicious and quick to prep.
