These cookies were a hit with the kids, especially warm! Was able to use up the left over pumpkin purée from making Thanksgiving pumpkin pie.

Can’t wait to make more of your cookie recipes for the holidays!

Love the flavor of these cookies. Have made them twice, but dough is too wet to "roughly round them". More flour? Other suggestions?

I used some extra pumpkin to make a pumpkin spice syrup for coffee! I put everything in the same saucepan I used in this recipe while the cookies were baking even :)

A cookie recipe - hooray! My 2 Vizslas eat pumpkin everyday so it's more about borrowing from them vs having some leftovers. Can't wait for some warm cookies!

Try making a savory pumpkin soup with a little white wine and chicken broth. Top with balsamic and roasted pumpkin seeds the way it’s eaten in Europe. A nice change

Can’t wait to try this new pumpkin cookie recipe. Thank you! The only pumpkin spice aroma I enjoy is in cookies, breads, soup and pie! I have a very old pumpkin recipe from 4-H that also calls for 1/2 cup purée so now I’ll make both with one can! Happy Fall!
