Excellent and easy. We used massaman paste which was less spicy!!

When do you add the chickpeas? (not in the steps) I added them right before I added the curry paste, scallions, and ginger. Was a quick and delicious supper.

I added green beans and butternut squash. Fun to use up what's in the fridge. Delicious—will make again!
