I do not own a waffle iron, but these root veggies waffles have tipped the scale for me! Any recommendations on a waffle iron that has treated you well over the years?
these look like the perfect savory addition to a bridal shower brunch I'm planning. I think I could make them all in advance, cool them completely, freeze, then thaw and crisp in the oven the morning of, yes? And thank you Susan, your food is always so beautiful!

That should work great. Someone tried almond flour and they stuck, but I think GF should be fine!
