I assume I can make this as one large tart, instead of a bunch of small ones (I don’t have smaller rings or forms). If so, what size would you recommend? Any other adjustments to make? Thanks!

you absolutely can, just plan to fill it right before you serve it. A 9 or 10 inch shell will work!

got it (although the dimensions don't come up in the printable version; also, there is also still no mention of the individual tart dimensions - sorry for being annoying, I do a lot of copyediting at my day job!)
