Mine didn’t seem to be as green as pictured. And my raw pistachios never seemed powdery (like the almond flour) but rather ground and moist. So, while good, I’m not sure they would make it in next year’s holiday gift boxes.
Is this dough freezable? Or are the cookies freezable once baked? Trying to figure out if I could make these a week or two in advance of when I need them...
